This is a 10-week course. It will meet 1 day a week for 10 weeks and go over everything you need to know about pregnancy, labor, delivery, and coming home with a newborn. This class is a 2.5 hours. No Children Please. Bring a pillow and yoga mat or blanket, water bottle and snack. Some snack and water will be provided as well.

This is a basis course. It is a 1-day course for 7 hours with a 1-hour lunch which is provided for you. This class will be a Comprehensive class but all in one day for the busy couples who can’t commit to a 10-week class. No Children Please.
